Sales Manager - K-12 Academic Programs
Two (2) Positions: Part-Time & Full-Time
Hours: Weekdays including 2 evenings/ wk & Weekends: Total 20-40 hours
GEM Academy provides After-School & Weekend Programs for K-12 students.

Responsibilities are focused on driving program enrollment with strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Focus on driving program enrollment with strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to increase student enrollment and meet organizational targets.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with parents, students, and community partners to some text
- Enhance trust and foster long-term engagement.
- Share personalized program recommendations based on their child’s requirements.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by parents and students promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Track and evaluate sales data to understand trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with program directors to align sales efforts with program offerings and ensure a seamless experience for students and parents.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns on various platforms, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, to increase awareness and drive enrollment in GEM Academy programs.
- Plan and execute events such as open houses, school visits, and community fairs to promote GEM Academy and attract new students.
- Update and manage customer relationship management (CRM) software to keep accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to the sales department.
Qualification & Experience Requirements
You will be a self-starter with a get-it-done attitude.
- Experience in Sales and/ or Relationship development or other relevant role.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Adaptable and capable of handling a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong ability to follow up promptly.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A passion for education and commitment to student success and community outcomes.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
- Communicate well by email, text, and phone, and be comfortable with technology platforms and CRMs (training will be provided).
- Experience in educational program sales or academic program enrollment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the local education landscape and community resources is beneficial.
Hours & Compensation
- Hours: 5 days a week, including some weekends and 2-3 evenings a week
- Compensation: $15-$25+ per hour, commensurate with experience. We are looking for the right candidates and are flexible based on your ability and experience.
