With backgrounds as educators, school administrators, business executives, and non-profit leaders, our team has extensive experience in school leadership, learner-centered design, organization management, communication and more. A unique place for people of all ages to come together, learn, and grow.

Our Facility
Our 16,000 square foot facility in Plano, Texas utilizes state of the art technology, up-to-date educational pedagogy, and trained staff.
Faculty and Staff
Ali pushes our academic programs to new levels with his experience as a Principal at a public high school.
He is an experienced Academic Director and College Counseling expert with over 16 years of experience in K-12 education management.
His specialties include:

✔️ College Admissions Coaching
✔️ Instructional Support
🎯 He also serves as a High School Principal overseeing all aspects of high school operations.
🎯 Previously, he was District Director of Academics and Head of College Counseling for an ISD with 42 high schools and in this role, he trained college counselors and support administrators across multiple campuses. Â
🎯 Mr Erenkol holds certifications in College Counseling and Education from Harvard University, as well as in Gifted and Talented, Special Education, and ESL.
He is super passionate about providing guidance to help students achieve their highest potential!

Asma keeps GEM running smoothly as an experienced administrative team lead, we couldn’t do it without her!
Asma oversees all Facility Operations, Risk Management, Program Development and collaborates with the CEO and other executives to set strategic direction and drive initiatives focused on community collaborations and educational programs.
Asma holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ziauddin University, Pakistan, and achieved U.S. equivalency in 2023.
Her versatile ability to streamline operations and implement strategic solutions with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement enables her to attain desired results for GEM Academy and Center.
With a keen eye for scaling businesses and a passion for excellence, Asma is committed to driving GEM Academy’s and other Non-Profit mission forward, ensuring long-term success and impactful growth.
Amber is a visionary educator, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for cultural and civic education.
As a founding member of GEM Academy & Center and its partner world languages school, ALIA, Amber is dedicated to creating transformative learning experiences that empower students through experiential learning and cross-cultural exploration.
With experience leading innovative educational initiatives and curating global travel experiences, Amber is committed to developing global citizens and leaders.

Fatima is an accomplished educator and administrator with over 8 years of experience as a teacher and Vice Principal for Grades 1 to 10 in various schools.
She has a strong passion for nurturing young minds and fostering academic excellence. Her dedication to building impactful educational programs and managing community initiatives has made her an invaluable part of GEM Academy's mission to empower students and families.
Meryem Celebi was born in Turkey, raised in Tajikistan and moved from the Philippines to Dallas, Texas, to pursue her bachelor's degree.
Over the years Meryem served as a Mentor Coordinator at the Raindrop Foundation,Youth Director at Dialogue Institute & taught at Harmony Science Academy.
