Our mentorship program is designed to be highly flexible to accommodate the needs of both mentees and mentors. Here’s how it works:

• Mentee Application Review: Once a mentee submits their application, our team carefully reviews it to understand their needs, goals, and preferences.

• Mentee-Mentor Matching: Based on the application review, we match the mentee with a mentor who aligns with their aspirations and areas of interest.
  ‍‍
• ‍‍Scheduling Sessions: After the match is made, the mentor and mentee connect to discuss and confirm session timings that fit the student’s schedule. Meetings can be adjusted to ensure convenience and maximize productivity.
